All one hour tutoring sessions are open to any elementary, middle school, or high school students. Your child and I may work on the subjects listed below during the one hour time period. You will receive a confirmation email with more information once you book. Make sure your child has access to a stable internet connection, paper, pencil, and has emailed their assignments to me before the session.

Updated Policies!

1) Approval of Appointments 

I will approve all appointments when they are booked. If your appointment is not approved, I will also send an email with communication on why it was unapproved. If your child has reserved tutoring sessions, please confirm or deny on the confirmation email at least a week in advance so I will know if they can attend or not.

2) Reservations

If you would like your child to attend a session each week, to prevent others from taking this session, please communicate that you would like to reserve your child's tutoring session. I will book your child's sessions for up to a month to reserve them. If you cancel frequently, you will no longer be able to book or reserve sessions for your child.

3) Cancelations

There is now a 50% cancelation fee, if you cancel within 5 hours of the scheduled session. I am a college student who has put aside time to work with your children. I cannot afford cancelations. If cancelations are frequent, you will no longer be able to book my services. If I cancel within 5 hours of the session, your next session will be 50% off. If you need to cancel please contact me.

4) Late & No-Show Policy

Because of my extensive schedule, I cannot extend your child's tutoring session if they are late. If they are more than 15 minutes late, I will cancel the appointment and the cancellation fee will still apply. Please make sure your child is on time!

5) Invoices

All invoices are sent to the email that you booked with.  Payment instructions will be included in the email. You will be billed weekly if you have multiple sessions per a week. You have 7 days to pay your invoice, unless noted otherwise. Failure to make a payment before the 7 day deadline will prevent you from scheduling another session until the invoice is paid. 

6) Tutoring Materials

I do not provide tutoring materials unless asked at least an hour before the appointment. Please send all homework, test, quizzes, etc to my email (jamayastutoringservices@gmail.com) at least an hour before the appointment. 

7) Weekend Sessions

Because of my late availability on the weekdays, I have extended my tutoring sessions to the early hours of the weekends. Weekend sessions are subject to change and have a less likely chance of being approved. You cannot reserve weekend sessions.
